Withdrawals/Returns

Don't like something in your order? That's too bad. You have the option of exercising your right of withdrawal ( see general terms and conditions, §6 and §7) must be used within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please note that there is a right of withdrawal not for the following contracts:

- Delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery
- Delivery of newspapers, magazines without subscription

Please pack the goods securely and then send them back to us.

You will bear the direct costs of the return. We will reimburse you for all other costs to the account of the original payment. You can find all details about cancellation and returns in the General Terms and Conditions.
