11.12. - December 16th, 2022: The raffle will only be advertised on Instagram. A winner will be chosen from all entries. The participation period is from December 11th, 2022 3:00 p.m. to December 16th, 2022 2:00 p.m. CET. The winners will be announced at 3:00 p.m. Legal recourse is excluded.
General terms and conditions of participation and data protection for competitions
of Seoulstation.Online
Employees and relatives of the companies involved are excluded from participation. In principle, participation is only possible within Germany.
2. Winnings are subject to the following restrictions:
Prizes can be exchanged by the organizer of the competition for equivalent replacement deliveries,
no liability is accepted for defects in material profits,
The winner bears all subsequent and additional costs,
Cash payment of non-cash prizes is not possible,
Winnings are not transferable,
Prizes cannot be changed or exchanged.
3. Deadlines
If the specified, reasonable deadline (usually 48 hours from announcement) for accepting the prize expires, the claim to the prize expires.
4. Participation and information from participants
The participation of minors under 14 years is not permitted. In order to process and send the prizes, you must provide the correct name, address and contact information. Minors require the consent of a legal guardian to transmit the data. The addresses of the winning people/the person, if necessary, will be used exclusively to carry out the competition.
By accepting the prize , the winner agrees to the publication of the social media network name (e.g. @jstorehamburg). The prize may be reposted on photos in which the user name is visible.
5. Determination of profits
The winner will be randomly selected from all comments and will be informed via a comment under their post within 48 hours of the end of the competition. The winner then has 48 hours to contact us by message (direct message or email, see 7.). If there is no notification, a new person will be selected (see 3.).
Multiple participation by an account/person will result in disqualification.
The competitions are advertised on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. However, they are not related to these networks.
We assume no liability for technical disruptions.
