Shipping policy
Seoulstation Online offers shipping of the goods as a DHL package and local Pickupon.
The shipping costs as DHL packagein Germany are staggered according to Value of goods:
- from € 10.00(minimum order value) up to € 49.99 value of goods costs € 5.90 shipping (DHL package).
- from € 50.00 The value of the goods is the order free shipping (DHL package).
The shipping costs to Austria and all countries of the European Union (EU):

| from € 60.00 goods value costs € 9.90 shipping (DHL international package). |
| from a value of € 130.00 the order is free of charge (DHL international package). |
VAT rates in EU countries are slightly different. The system automatically adjusts to differences to the German VAT rate. There may therefore be slightly odd prices when shipping to European countries.
The shipping costs to Switzerland and Norway are
from €10 (minimum order value) shipping costs €14.90 (DHL Paket International)
for orders worth €90 or more, shipping only costs €9.90 (DHL Paket International).
from €140.00 the order value is free shipping (DHL International package).
Local pickup is only possible after prior registration via SMS/Whatsapp on +49 171 1562622. Please write your order number in the message.
DHL's standard delivery time for parcels in mainland Germany is 1-2 days. Please inform us if you do not receive your goods within a week of shipping confirmation. We will then have DHL investigate.
Seoulstation Online offers the following payment methods:

- Payment in advance
When paying in advance, funds must be received within from one week from receipt of order. If payment is not made on time, the order will be canceled. The goods remain the property of Seoulstation Online until full payment is made.
