General terms and conditions of Seoulstation GmbH (Seoulstation Online)
§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their terms Version valid at the time of ordering.
Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Select the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" buttons
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Pressing the "checkout" button
5) Optional registration in Internet shop after registering and entering the registration details (email address and password), otherwise as a guest.
6) Check or correct the respective data entered again.
7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the “order for a fee” button
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website on which he or she has checked his information by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser he is using the customer's information is recorded and input errors are corrected or the ordering process is canceled by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. You can view the terms and conditions at any time at http://http://www.j-store-online.de/pages/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> View my orders.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices stated include statutory sales tax and other price components. In addition, there are any shipping costs.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and instant transfer.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch . Delivery takes place within the deadline stated on the product page. In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold, even in the case of a mail order purchase, only passes to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer.
(3) If the goods are not accepted, not picked up or the correct address of the recipient cannot be provided during the initial shipment and the subsequent return to the seller, the consumer is in default of acceptance. The seller is entitled to the additional expenses for the unsuccessful offer, return and storage in accordance with Section 304 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The latter will also charge the consumer the costs for the secondary shipping and will only deliver the goods once the claims have been fulfilled (§ 273 BGB).
§5 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the goods.

inform you about your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing another type of delivery as the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.< /p>
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§8 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
§9 Alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBGThe European Commission provides a platform for online Dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
§10 Contract language
The only contract language available is German.
